- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 large pita breads

Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic and salt, then marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Stir the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and lemon juice into tzatziki and season well; chill.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Rest the chicken 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the pitas until soft and pliable.
- Fill each pita with chicken, tzatziki, tomato and onion, wrap, and serve at once.
Pro tips
- Thighs stay juicier than breast on high grill heat.
- Squeeze the cucumber very dry or the tzatziki turns watery.
- A screaming-hot pan gives the best char without drying the chicken.
- Warm pitas in a dry pan, not the microwave, so they stay soft.
