Bhel Puri Recipe

Bhel puri is Mumbai's most famous chaat, a crunchy tumble of puffed rice, potatoes, onions and tomatoes dressed with sweet and green chutneys. Every bite is a mix of crisp, tangy, spicy and fresh. Make it just before serving, or the crunch disappears.
